Nicole D. Windsor, PT, DPT, FAAOMPT
As the owner of Cornerstone Physical Therapy, LLC, I look forward to working with you to provide a custom-tailored program of Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation services to help you reach your goals.
I attended Wichita State University and attained my Masters in Physical Therapy degree in 2004. Shortly thereafter, I relocated to the Kansas City area for a Center Physical Therapy Director role with a large corporation. In 2005, I began a manual therapy program with The Manual Therapy Institute (MTI), a nationally credentialed post-graduate fellowship program. Concurrently with this training, I attended the University of Kansas to attain a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, which was completed in May, 2009. I completed MTI in February, 2009 and immediately started a Fellowship residency which entails a minimum of 440 supervised hours under an authorized Fellowship Instructor. During this Fellowship program, I was privileged to work under one of the co-owners of MTI in Austin, TX. I received the Fellowship with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists in July, 2009.
My professional experience has been focused in outpatient orthopedics, spine, sports medicine, and manual therapy, with great success in treating a wide variety of patients.
